understand that my card will
be charged $250 of which
$100 is non-refundable. A
$150 refund
will be available on or before August 4, 2006 should you not
be able to attend. If you
are unable
to attend and wish to allow another couple to attend in your
place, you may do so by
sending a
written request no later than August 10, 2006 to P.O. Box

After August 4, no refunds are available.
